| 12 March 2003 | Keith signed Compromis de Vente and paid deposit to the agent's holding account. |
| 31 May 2003 | Signed Acte de Vente at notaire's in Pluvigner and camped out in the Maison for the weekend without even a kettle! |
| We also discovered that we were the proud owners of a vast amount of rubbish, plus 17 feral goats, 2 Vietnamese potbellied pigs, 3 cockerels, 3 doves, 1 duck and - we thought - 2 stray cats. As he was grey, he was christened ChatGris, this inevitably being shortened to "Shaggers"! The female was white so was christened Blanche. | |
| 3 June 2003 | Our belongings arrived - it took 2 days to unload them - there are boxes everywhere and we do not have room to move! |
